About the roleThis role is responsible for training the NSW region of store employees on the retail standards and working with suppliers on product training to ensure all staff are providing a great, informative service to customers.
Duties- Building great relationships with franchise owners to understand their needs and staff members.
- Diary management to see all stores in region
- Continuous follow up and check ins on stores performance
- Develop training plans for individuals and stores
Skills & Experience- Experience working in a field training role
- Training qualification needed
- History of getting results in a previous training role for a retail environment
- Full Australian Drivers License
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for sales
