About the Role
As a NSW Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our over 55s residential sales and revenue growth in NSW. You will work closely with the National Head of Sales, Development and Marketing teams to craft and execute innovative sales strategies and ensure our customers are delighted with our thoughtfully designed homes, and luxe resort lifestyle offering. You will also lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals across multiple sites, and monitor their performance and results. We are looking for someone with a proven record of effective leadership in residential/project sales, proven leadership success, demonstrated capability using CRM systems to support sales activities, a passion for delivering the highest standards in customer experience – and a determination to deliver sales results.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and settlements targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives with the National Head of Sales
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Provide input and contribute to marketing campaigns and sales strategies for operating projects
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to educate and attract target market
- Assist in developing project marketing plans based on market trends and competition
- Reduce time from deposit to contract and contract to settlement
- Manage client relationships from enquiry to settlement
- Collaborate with Development to optimise product margins and sales volumes
- Represent Ingenia positively in the sector and secure preferential access to opportunities
- Establish and leverage strategic partnerships with key community organisations
- Nurture client relationships and be an active part of the local community
- Drive positive relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors
- Maintain stakeholder relations during and after project delivery
- Foster and support a positive working relationship with internal stakeholders
- Leadership of the sales team in NSW
- Lead by example and coach the team to achieve company and team goals
- Collaborate on performance and development, set targets and objectives, and build competency and knowledge
- Forward planning for sales team resourcing across projects
- Create a culture of reward and recognition for individual and team performance
About You
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with a CRM platform is essential
- Proven record of effective residential/project sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Goal oriented, self-motivated and able to work within a team environment
- Ability to positively and proactively liaise across a wide range of external stakeholders
- Strong local area knowledge and contacts within the senior communities
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to tight time deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills/solution focus and able to make decisions
- Approachable, patient and understanding
