Our client is a well established, Australian designer and manufacturer of mid-high end Commercial Furniture solutions. They are highly regarded across the country and their products have been sold in Australia for a number of decades. They are seeking to employ a proven NSW State Sales Manager to head up the Sales & Project management teams in Sydney and help continue the growth of the business.
Your New Job
They are seeking to employ a dynamic, energetic, people focused State Sales Manager to manage the day to day operations of the business and coach, lead and mentor the sales and project management teams. You will have full P&L responsibility for NSW and will report into a MD based interstate. Your team will encompass sales, estimating and project management and you will lead from the front. The client is a NSW accredited supplier and part of your role will be to maximise potential in this area.
Skills Required
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills;
- Proven track record of sales management and leadership in the Commercial Furniture / fit out industry in NSW.
- Highly developed industry relationships with A&D, Builders, Government and corporate end users.
- Passion for people and leadership and coaching and mentoring your team.
- Ability to work autonomously and previous experience managing P&L and day to day running of a State team.
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Furniture or associated interior fit out products.
