The Role:
They are looking for an Junior Design Professional who is looking for a great step in their career and looking to join a thriving team. The role will see you involved in a range of tasks and be a part of some interesting works. Duties of this role will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Be in a frontline position with daily interactions with employees, clients, suppliers and freight forwarder agencies.
- Processing freight bookings, and shipping procedures.
- Providing support in Furniture and material specifications.
- Assisting with quotations, and purchase orders.
- Documenting project updates.
- Quotes for tender.
- Putting layout plans for manufacturer
Skills & Attributes:
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and capable to prioritise tasks.
- Skilled in Microsoft office and CAD - illustrator - photoshop - canva - and adobe program
- The ability to multitask and utilise multiple documents at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quote processing, order placement and order tracking.
- Calendar organisation, delivery and installation coordination.
The Role is a 12-month fixed term contract with the opportunity for renewal / extension. It offers a great environment, training, convenient location and salary review at 3 months.
