DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Report to Administration Lead NSW/ACT
• Hybrid working role, working 2 days per week from Moore Park Office
• Finance Assistant – assist with Credit Card reconciliation, Invoice payment, Invoice generation to stakeholders.
• Office Assistant – assist with clerical tasks including stocktaking, office supplies, ensuring meeting rooms are in great condition, catering, event management & organisation. Mail management, general inquiries phone & email management. E-tag/toll notice management for pool car vehicles, insurance contact,
• Statewide contact – Statewide contact to organise shipping/courier deliveries, cabcharge dispersion, stationery supplies for all offices, AFL Matchday Accreditation administrator
• Reception / front desk duties including greeting customers, answering phones, making appointments, processing payments and provide exceptional customer service.
• General Administrative Support including printing and photocopying documents, filing and mail
• Liaise as required with staff from other departments to gain information and to resolve customer issues
• Provide administration support across the organisation as requested by Department Managers or Program Leads.
• Mitigate and manage identified risks or hazards.
• Minimise damage or loss of property within the incumbent’s control.
Duties and Responsibilities for this job include:
- Ensure compliance with the
Work Health and Safety Act and regulations to ensure the health and safety of self and others in the workplace.
- Comply with AFL NSW/ACT policies, procedures and ensure safe working practices are adhered to.
- Consult with employees on WH&S matters and monitor WH&S performance within area of responsibility.
- Contribute to key projects within and outside of core role
- Support and contribute to the success of the broader team

• Strong attention to detail, process oriented
• Enjoy problem solving and looking for the best technical solution to business problems/opportunities
• High level data manipulation, analysis and reporting capability, with advanced skills in Microsoft excel

SALARY
As the successful candidate, you will receive:
$21,500 – $30,000 plus 11% Superannuation
- National Training Wage Award
- Fully Funded Qualification

- This position is best suited to a recent secondary school leaver.
