AddressCompany Medical Services is a long-established medical consulting and GP business currently seeking experienced nurses (Registered or Enrolled) who are ready to take the next step in their career into coordination and management.
You will be in charge in the coordination of our doctors and nurses to deliver primary care and GP services to the residential aged care community. This is not an aged care role. Instead, you will work as a coordinator with primary responsibility to our GPs and nurses and ensuing primary care and other GP services are delivered to aged care residents.

About the role:
- Service delivery coordination: work in collaboration with our coordination team to ensure all service delivery functions (triaging and scheduled weekly consultations) are resourced and delivered by our doctors and nurses.
- Team coordination: manage, coach and support your own team of nurses (including staff recruitment and rostering).
- Customer service coordination: work in collaboration with our customers and improve services through regular feedback.
Qualification and Experience
- We are seeking a nurse (Registered or Enrolled) who have extensive experience working within residential aged care (i.e. nursing homes) and have at least 2 - 5 years of working in a supervisory role or managed a team of health professionals including rostering.
- Experience in managing doctors and nurses
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Working Arrangements
- The successful candidate will be working as a full-time employee at our offices in Surrey Hills. We are open to negotiating flexible working arrangements including working from home (not in the first six months at least).
