- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work in a consultative manner and to supervise other educators and trainers
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills in an education context
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to effectively manage projects in a timely manner
- Demonstrated experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of education programs including experience in the delivery of simulation education and Demonstrated understanding of the principles of simulation based education including experience in a variety of debriefing techniques
- Experience with the principles of bio-preparedness including high level PPE training.
- Critical Care nursing experience desirable.
