We have a brand spanking new opportunity to help make a much needed change within the provision of healthcare services in the Sunshine Coast… but we are looking for a special someone to fill the shoes.

Whilst the legislative requirements for aged care still need to be adhered to, and your general responsibilities will include staff management, rostering, incident reporting etc, the environment you will work from is like nothing else seen in Australia. What will you need to be part of this wonderful journey?

• Current AHPRA as a Div 1 Nurse
• Previous management or leadership experience in healthcare
• A love for caring for the elderly, and the desire to constantly innovate, improve and take things to the next level
• Friendly, caring and collaborative personality
• Genuine commitment to be part of something new and create for the long term.
