Salary: Up to $170,000 per year (depending on experience)

About the Role:
Evolve Healthcare is currently seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners to join an esteemed Residential Aged Care Team in Cessnock. In this role, you will oversee the clinical care of three residential aged care homes, comprising approximately 150 beds in total. We welcome both experienced Nurse Practitioners and new graduates to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical care within aged care homes
- Collaborate with the experienced team and Nurse Practitioner Group manager
- Ensure high-quality care delivery and compliance with standards
Key Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with relevant postgraduate qualification
- AHPRA Registration, No conditions
- Minimum of 5 years of post-RN registration experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to relocation and long-term career growth in aged care
