About the role
Ward 7.2 is a 32 bed dynamic surgical ward providing comprehensive care for Colorectal and Upper GI surgical patients and Gastroenterology medical patients. The Nurse Manager is responsible for leading the clinical team to ensure the effective coordination and efficient management of the department.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Post Graduate qualifications (highly desirable)
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
