Reporting to the CEO/ Director of Clinical Services, you will work with and support nursing staff in achieving excellence in care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements. The successful candidate will supervise, lead, direct and motivate staff to achieve outcomes with the ability to manage financial and human resources.
