Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Lead Educator to join our team at [Insert Company Name]. As the Nursery Lead Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-3 years old. You will lead a team of educators, create engaging learning experiences, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs and activities for children in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

• Lead and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure best practice in early childhood education and care.

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of belonging and community within the center.

• Maintain accurate records of children's learning and development, communicating progress to families in a timely and respectful manner.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including health and safety requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.

• Minimum of [Insert years of experience] years' experience working in a long day care setting, with demonstrated leadership skills.

• Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation governing the provision of early childhood education and care in Australia.
