About the role.
We require registered and endorsed nurses to partner with a range of Aged Care facilities based in various Melbourne suburbs including Blackburn, Brighton, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Armadale, Malvern, Macloed, Ringwood, Sandringham and more.
We have on-call and regular shifts in the morning, afternoon, and night. This opportunity will ideally suit someone who is looking for work life balance and flexibility to create your own roster and balance out your working week. We offer shifts to all levels of nursing experience including RN in charge shifts, that will suit various levels of training and expertise.
About you.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A passion for nursing practice based upon holistic principles of delivering evidence based, person centred care.
- Have knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Compassion and empathy for the unique needs of elderly residents.
- Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients.
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
- Hold a Manual Handling, First Aid and CPR certification
- Evidence of up-to-date influenza vaccination
