The purpose of the role is to ensure the maintenance of a highly visible and professional service that acts as a deterrent in the case of any potential noncompliance with Company security related policies, procedures and regulations.
Ensure effective and efficient on-site management of all security and safety aspects of the Site in accordance with the MSS Security Standing Instructions and site operating procedures (SOPs).

• Full- time Site security officer roles available
• $26.87 + penalties and supervisor’s allowance
• Sign on and retention bonus on offer for candidates who hold an NV1 clearance

About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused, providing exceptional customer service to all our customers and will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team based in Henderson. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintain focus and observe the activities associated with asset protection
• Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Enforce rules and bi-laws, including moving people on where necessary
• Perform incident reports and record occurrences where required

A sign on and retention bonus is also on offer for candidates who apply and hold a current NV1 clearance. The sign on and retention bonus includes a $300 bonus when you commence, a $300 bonus once you have worked for 6 months continuous and a $400 bonus once you have worked for 12 months continuous (subject to further terms and conditions).
Skills and experience

• You must hold a current NV1 clearance to be considered for this role
• Certificate II in Security Operations and WA security license
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Current WA driver’s license
