We are seeking a professional, flexible and resilient Safety & Wellbeing advisor to join the team. This role will provide support to the safety team and is responsible for RTW case, administration and data maintenance of injury/incident/claim.
Key responsibilities
Manage effective administration of claims management and return to work program.
Provide support to managers on legal compliance regarding workcover.
Coordinate health and safety programs.
High Stakeholder engagement with external bodies.
Recommend process improvement.
Key requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Health and Safety.
Must have experience in Return to work case management, injury prevention and claims management.
Ability to work autonomously in a tight knit team.
