We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OHS Manager to manage our Occupational Health and Safety function. This pivotal role involves managing OHS operations across all brands under the AHB Group banner, ensuring compliance with legislation, and fostering a culture of safety. Key Responsibilities: OHS Operational Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Review OHS audit data and business failed items
and produce reports for management. Meetings: Conduct monthly OHS meetings with leadership. WorkCover and Return to Work: Manage plans and claims. Policy Development and Implementation: Create and ensure
compliance with OHS legislation. Implementation and Reviews: Oversee new systems and annual
updates. Investigations: Manage post-construction WorkSafe and Fairwork
cases. Training: Conduct quarterly OHS training for employees. Report Analysis: Regularly review various OHS reports. OHS Construction Responsibilities: Team Management: Plan and oversee the training of OHS
Advisors. KPI Monitoring: Analysis of the OHS teams monthly KPIs. Induction/Onboarding: Oversee new team members and supplier
onboarding. Policy Implementation: Oversee new policies are effectively
implemented. Incident Management: Oversee WorkSafe notices and incidents. Documentation: Maintain and update safety templates and data
weekly. What We Are Looking For: Qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety. Leadership and management experience. Significant experience in construction or multisite manufacturing
environments. Full Victoria Driver’s License and flexibility to travel across
Victoria. Proficiency in using OHS software and technology. Experience dealing with WorkSafe, WorkCover, and Fairwork.
