A great opportunity exists for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a supportive, highly professional, and friendly team of Health Consultants in an Australian growing business as an Occupational Health Consultant.

About the Role – Variety, teamwork, business hours (say goodbye to shift work!)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys variety, teamwork and cares about employee wellbeing.
This role will be predominately based in our Singleton office and include onsite medicals as required using our mobile van service. Training to be undertaken in our Newcastle clinic.
The successful candidate will be experienced in, or be motivated to gain experience in, a wide range of health assessments and meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated ability in, or willingness to learn how to conduct health assessments including functional assessments, audiometry, spirometry, and drug & alcohol testing.
- Accreditation as an Authorised Nurse Immuniser (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and staff.
- Strong attention to detail & ability to produce accurate and concise reports.
- A strong work ethic and good time management skills to ensure appointments run on time.
- Values working in a team and is willing to work hard to support their colleagues.
- Actively encourages continuous improvement measures.
- Understand the importance of always maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- APHRA Registration
- CPR certification (desirable)
- Current driver’s license
