At KINNECT, we're experiencing rapid expansion, and we're thrilled to announce the recruitment for the newly created role of Occupational Health Services Manager. As a leader in the full spectrum of Occupational Health Services, ranging from Pre-Employment Medicals to Health Surveillance and Occupational Medicine, you'll have the unique opportunity to oversee this function, ensuring the highest standards of Occupational Health service delivery for KINNECT nationally. Additionally, you'll work on improving efficiencies that support our rapid organic growth and increase output, ensure quality, and promote customer and client experience. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this hybrid role offers flexibility and can be based in any one of our offices across Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney.

Responsibilities:

Service Delivery Management: Oversee and coordinate the delivery of pre-employment, health surveillance and Occupational Health and medical services, ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery that aligns with KINNECT’s standards and client expectations.

Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of health/medical support services team members, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and high standards of service.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations, as well as internal standards, and clinical governance frameworks across all medical services provided, promoting safe, effective, and ethical Occupational Health and medicals practices.

Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on service outcomes/metrics, using data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and enhance service quality.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, aligning medical service strategies with business goals and emerging industry trends.

What will you bring to the role:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in nursing, Occupational Health, or related allied health field.
  • Extensive experience in Occupational Health management with a track record of delivering high-quality services and team management.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
