Pacific Health and Wellbeing are an allied health practice of dedicated Occupational Therapists, speech pathologists and physiotherapists

We are a registered NDIS provider in Darwin, Brisbane, Toowoomba and on the Gold Coast, offering our clients a mobile community service, telehealth and some in-clinic appointments.

About the position
  • Provide high-quality, ethical and safe occupational therapy services across the lifespan.
  • Assess and collaborate with our clients and stakeholders to identify and implement therapy programs in a meaningful and creative way.
  • Assess and prescribe home modifications and assistive technology to enable increased safety, independence or quality of life.
  • Complete assessments and reports that support life transitions and goals attainment.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to support client outcomes. 
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to support professional growth and best practice service delivery.
  • Participate in identifying new client opportunities and referrals.

You will work in and around Darwin, and also have the opportunity for remote work including Wadeye and the Tiwi Islands.

About you
  • Proven goal-oriented and person-centered approach and mindset
  • You're looking for a supportive environment to grow into leadership positions or clinical excellence in an interest of your choice.
  • You have a fun & friendly nature are keen to be part of a dynamic team who are passionate about what they do.
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
  • Positive outlook and self-motivation to engage with our clients and external stakeholders. 
  • Working knowledge of the NDIS (preferred)
  • Mixed caseload experience (preferred, but not essential)
You will need
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance, or an ability to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check (Ochre Card), or an ability to obtain.
  • Current drivers’ licence
  • Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
