Role Description

This is a contract role for an Occupational Therapist. Current caseload would be 2-3 days per week with the option to add more clients if this is what you would like to do. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for developing and executing intervention plans for clients, collaborating with teachers, healthcare professionals, and providing education to clients and their families. invoicing and administration duties will be taken care of for your clients by the owner/ principal OT.  The Occupational Therapist will primarily work in our Perth Northern Suburbs locations and from their own home. We are a mobile provider and see clients at their school, home or community.

This role will be suitable for a highly motivated and dedicated Occupational Therapist who enjoys providing high quality services and would like increased flexibility in working hours and caseload management whilst attracting a high hourly rate for the work you complete. 

Qualifications/ Experience 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with paediatric and school age clients into young adulthood 
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy 
• Registration with AHPRA
• Experience in community-based services is a plus
• Experience with disability services, NDIS and community supports 
• 2-3 years experience as an OT preferred 
• Current drivers license required 
• Ability to manage own growing caseload 
• Ability to work as a mobile therapist
