Form of work Hop & Learn Children's Therapy is a mobile-based and clinic based Occupational Therapy service located in Truganina and surrounding suburbs in Melbourne. We provide services for children aged 0-16 with developmental delays, learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and ADHD. Our services are available to clients who have NDIS (Self-managed or Plan-managed), Private Health, and Medicare funding (Mental Health Care Plan or Enhanced Primary Care Plan).
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist at Hop & Learn Children's Therapy located in West Melbourne, VIC. The Paediatric Occupational Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations, creating and implementing treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and monitoring progress. This is an on-site role, and the therapist will work directly with children and their families in our clinic.
Qualifications
Occupational Therapy and Pediatrics skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with children with developmental delays and learning difficulties
Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD
Experience conducting assessments and evaluations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Current certification as an Occupational Therapist
Experience working with NDIS, Private Health, and Medicare funding is a plus
