About the role:
- Helping develop and execute a new and exciting seasonal menu alongside our experienced head chef
- Working in a small team in busy service periods with clear communication and teamwork
- Ensuring quality and consistency of meals served, through the use of strong technique and use of equipment
- A passion for delivering a consistent product
- Stock control through systemized ordering, stock take and mise en place

You will have:
A minimum 5 years experience
Have a passion for the business and food
A strong desire to progress yourself and your team
A strong understanding of all OH&S procedures
