About your role:

  • Utilise increasing professional and clinical knowledge, expertise and clinical decision-making skills to enhance service delivery in line with clinical and departmental work instructions, under the clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of a more senior clinician.
  • Actively participating in the development of clinical instructions and procedures under the guidance of senior clinicians.
  • Developing clinical practice knowledge and expertise through self-directed learning, active learning within the team and by engaging in professional development activities and regular performance and development plans.
  • Contributing to the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities including effective risk management in order to enhance the delivery of safe and efficient Occupational Therapy clinical services.
