- Collaborating with a range of stakeholders in service delivery to ensure clients are provided the support & skills they need to participate in their community.
- Service clients in a limited radius near your location around Melbourne's Western suburbs
- Ensure customers receive tailored services that are individualised & outcomes focused
- Apply a client centric model to develop, implement and review Individual Support, Wellness or Recovery plans with clients
- Conducts relevant therapeutic assessment with clients developing the resulting reports & plans
- Deliver a variety of one-on-one or group based activities in a range of settings including onsite and in the community
- Record accurate and timely notes & billing relating to activities & outcomes for clients
- Meet billable hours targets of 5 hours per day(includes report writing, face to face and travel)
- Uncapped professional development allowance to upskill in the areas that interest you
- Clinical supervision (weekly or fortnightly depending on your needs)
- Administration team to take care of your bookings and billings
- Regular in house training with your team
- A structured onboarding program to ensure you ease into your role and develop your confidence
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
