Form of workThe Occupational Therapy Department are looking for an Allied Health Assistant to join their team. Occupational Therapy services are management within the Division of Allied Health and Rehabilitation and are provided across two geographical sites: Woolloongabba and Wynnum West. The primary function of the Division is to provide high quality clinical, teaching and research services that support the activities of the Divisions of Surgery, Medicine, Cancer and Rehabilitation.

About the Role
- Prepare and /or implement individual or group treatment programs for patients under the supervision and direction of the therapists and report on patient performance as required.
- Assist with the personal care, manual handling and transport of patients.
- Undertake the transport, set up, monitoring and care of clinical equipment, therapy material, educational resources and assistive devices
