We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our team on a casual or part-time basis, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.
Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fielding phone calls and emails from clients and other relevant stakeholders, providing friendly and professional assistance.
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain client records and business databases.
- Assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation using Xero software.
- Assisting with general administrative duties as needed to support the office and therapy team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles, particularly within the NDIS sector or healthcare field, is advantageous.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with software programs such as Xero and Cliniko is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with team members.
