Key Duties
- Supervise Associate and Senior team members in both operational and clinical aspects of their caseload
- Be involved in payroll, statistical analysis and REM reviews of your team members, as well as high level operational training around caseloads and business development
- Deliver and organise continuing education initiatives across your discipline
- Monitor team performance and wellbeing outcomes
- Direct report to State Manager on team performance and expectations
- Balance referrals and caseloads across your team
- Dictate your schedule to suit your work/life balance
- Deliver mobile OT services to an NDIS, Aged Care and Private caseload
- Upskill into a mixed role of both clinical and leadership! Earn bonus' based on the performance of your team
- Manage a team of up to 6 Occupational Therapists
