Oder Fulfillment Representative

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced person to join a global market-leading organisation, working in their Customer Experience team.  This newly created role will support and service existing relations concerning all activities relating to the Customers orders, stock and delivery information.

Reporting into the Customer Relationship Manager you will be responsible for providing the Customer with a positive and seamless experience in order to facilitate positive outcomes on OTIF.

To be successful in this role you will need to have high attention to detail, business acumen and self-confidence and excellent communication skills. This new role supports an established team and positive culture in delivering Customer Excellence.
