An opportunity has become available at our Waroona Office for an Office administrator.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm
Duties will include but not limited to.
- Manage incoming calls and direct appropriately
- Greeting Visitors
- Filing
- Manage Office supplies
- Data Entry
- Manage emails
To be considered for the role, you must have:
- Possess an outstanding telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level computer literacy
- Ability to prioritize
- Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to work under pressure
- Attention to Detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with MYOB is desirable
- At least 2 years’ experience
- A valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
