Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and play a crucial role in our office operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing duties related to office assistants, receptionists, clerks, and bookkeeping personnel.
- Professionally directing telephone calls to the appropriate person and ensuring proper forwarding after business hours.
- Greeting visitors and customers professionally, ensuring guests sign in using the record book at the front desk, and paging relevant staff.
- Organizing, recording, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries regularly.
- Maintaining adequate supplies of stationery, printed forms, and amenities, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensuring the general maintenance and cleanliness of administration offices and other premises.
- Operating computers, printers, scanners, photocopiers, and other office equipment efficiently.
- Managing manual and computerized records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Handling non-destructive testing operations, organizing employee travel, assisting with new hire documentation, processing leave applications, and monitoring and responding to administration emails.
