As a leading distribution company in Australia, we specialize in the fabrication of stone slabs into working surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries and have completed numerous projects in the home improvement market, new homes, and high-rise buildings. All products are sourced through Australian-based suppliers and sold to customers all over Australia. So far, J&L Marble has established strategic partnerships with more than 30 different local brand companies and has strong relationships with hundreds of valuable individual customers.
We are looking for an Office Admin Assistant to help our current office team.
You should have:
- Ability to read and interpret plans and construction contracts
- Excellent time management skills, along with sound judgment and attention to detail
- Strong administration skills using Microsoft
- Good communication skills
- Confidence to answer calls and help customers
- A positive and professional disposition and team player
- Bilingualism (Advanced English and Basic Mandarin speaking)

This role is based at Revesby and no train nearby. It’s preferred you have your transport to get to and from our office.
Hours of work will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm between Monday-Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.
