Job Overview:
We are looking for a organised and proactive Admin officer to join our team. This part-time role offers flexibility, making it ideal for individuals who need to balance work with other responsibilities, such as parents who need to drop off/pick up children. We are open to negotiating hours that work for both parties, including school hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, photocopying, scanning and upkeep
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Administering payroll for 10+ employees, payroll processing, onboarding employees
- Organising and booking accommodation for employees working away from home
- Book couriers for local and interstate deliveries
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, Invoicing Clients.
- Organising & Maintaining Service Requests for site work
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks for the general office
About you
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MYOB Business (or experience in similar),
