Join IECC Team as an Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Administrative Assistant to enhance our team's efficiency. Ideal candidates can work effectively in both supervised and independent environments demonstrating initiative in completing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the current admin staff to add, manage and update customer details in ServiceM8.
- Schedule appointments and communicate effectively with customers via calls and texts.
- Maintain and update job cards in ServiceM8.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries
- Monitor and manage email accounts.
- Keep track of daily work activities, materials used, and update work trackers accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly claims.
- Collate and organise compliance and management-related documents.
- Tackle unique administrative tasks as they arise.
- Manage payment reconciliations in Xero, ensuring records and payments are tallied.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently to achieve results as well as under supervision.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience in insurance, scheduling, or logistics is an asset but not mandatory.
- Some exposure to marketing and general Office Administration.
- Experience in Xero software is preferred
- Familiarity with the ServiceM8 system is advantageous but not necessary.
- A team-oriented mindset with punctuality and good work ethics.
