About the role
- Office admin and general reception duties, including attending to enquires, scheduling, greeting clients and providing for their needs, photocopying, binding and filing
- Internal and external correspondence; phones and emails
- Assist with the planning and delivery of office functions
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Client housekeeping, Order groceries, stocktake and maintain stationery & office supplies
- Receipt of deliveries as required
- Assist with client invoicing and report generation
- Assist the Managing Director in day to day activities.
Skills and experience
- 1+ year experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication; written and verbal
- Well-presented and the ability to create a positive impression in all interactions with staff, service providers and clients
- MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Good sense of initiative with the ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Digital agency experience preferred, but not essential.
