We are recruiting an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
You will be responsible for the varying tasks including PA work for the Office Manager & Director, project administration, assisting the property management team, general office duties and assisting with the day to day management of the office.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone and email queries;
- PA work for the Office Manager & Director
- Liaising with Suppliers & Contractors
- Arranging and comparing Project Quotes
- Project Administration including permits and authority applications
- Handling correspondence;
- Maintaining and organising registers and emails
- General Administration & Office Duties;
- Preparing Procedure and Policies
- Managing Security Software and Programming
- Assist with Recruitment
- Human Resources
- Upholding Tabak Group Values
- Assisting the project and property management team as required.

- Good working knowledge of the advanced Microsoft Office Suite
