An exciting opportunity exists for a fixed term part time Works Admin Officer to join our Engineering and Infrastructure Directorate based in Clermont.
The Works Admin Officer position provides general and clerical, administrative support as directed by the Senior Project and Admin Services Officer to assist in fulfilling the requirements of the Engineering and Infrastructure Directorate, in particular the Parks and Recreation department.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in an administration role
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- Willingness to learn new software applications
- C Class Open Australian Drivers Licence
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration and previous Local Government experience would be highly regarded
If you are successful in this position, we will give you:
- Salary $69,652.53 - $76,472.16 per annum plus allowances (Stream A, Level 2-3)
- Permanent, Full Time
- 72.5 hour per fortnight
- 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
- Up to 13.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement
