About The Role
The role of the Office Administrator position will be a full time role. The successful candidate will help support field staff and managers through their day to day jobs. The ability to progress into a higher role is also available if this is a path of interest.
Duties
- Data entry/ data capture
- Answering incoming calls and emails and direct as required
- Logging service calls
- Issuing purchase orders
- Supporting field staff requests
- Compiling customer documents
- General admin duties
- Scheduling jobs for field staff as required
