This is a casual position 20 -30 hrs per week over Monday through to Friday We are a growing small family business needing some support with customer service and organizing of paperwork.

Job description.
- upkeep our customer care program
- answering phones taking customers details, messages
- entering new pricing and products into our system and updating when required
- follow up on customer orders
- answer email queries
- some data entry of invoices etc
