We are a busy Plumbing Maintenance Company in Kelvin Grove looking for an exceptional individual to join our office team.
In this role you will be required to complete daily admin tasks. Below is the list of some requirements but the role is not limited to just these:-
- Entering jobs into our system.
- Good phone manner.
- Correspondence through email.
- Closing off of work orders in other systems.
- Invoicing experience.
- Scheduling of jobs and other contractors.
- Induction systems.
- For this job it is preferred to have knowledge in Microsoft, MYOB and SimPro systems.
- Training will be supplied if necessary.
- Administration certificate is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
