Refresh Plastics are plastic blow molding specialists, with over 40 years of experience. Refresh Plastics produces a diverse range of plastic bottles and containers for the food and brewing industry and is renowned for Ampi Activity Children’s Toys.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as Australian manufacturing surges into a new era and demand for locally produced products booms. The Role is based at our production site in Dandenong Victoria.
Key tasks of the role includes:
- Being the leading point of contact with Refresh Plastic’s trade customers
- Working with warehouse supervisor for daily allocations of shipments
- Clear and efficient communication to external and internal customers
- Ensuring picking, dispatch, inbound and warehouse processes are followed
- Working in partnership with the production and management team
- Scheduling of customer orders and production plans
- Customer order processing and invoicing
- Communicating with suppliers, ensuring ongoing supply of materials
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, MYOB or Xero
- Proven ability to problem solve
- A passion for clear communication and customer service
- Proven organisational skills
- The ability to think quickly and handle multiple tasks
- Possess strong attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy
- Be positive and pro active with a strong work ethic
