As an Operations & Administration Support Officer:
You will engage directly with clients, including some of Australia's leading non-profit organisations. Your responsibilities will encompass budget and inventory tracking, assisting and organising operations staff and company directors, and contributing to collaborative projects with other back-end staff.
Key Criteria:
- Previous experience in Administration or operations (essential).
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, prioritise, delegate, and organise daily tasks.
- Computer literacy, especially with MS Office and G-Suite (Word, Excel, email - essential).
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide support to a team and embrace change and uncertainty positively.
- Experience working within a corporate environment.
