Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in an Administrative role in Building & Construction Industry would be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy as role is very fast paced
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Administrative support with pre-construction information such as consent applications and permits etc. Preparation of construction-related documents.
  • Manage onsite construction administration tasks such as safe work method statement SWMS documentation, prior to commencing site work.
  • Manage the office electronic filing (Project Correspondence etc) Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, records, and documentation.
  • Providing general administration support within the office and to our leadership team

The role shall have a wage reflective of your qualifications and experience
