✍️ Experience Required
- Confident Office Administrationskills
- Strong People Skills
- A basic understanding of XERO is an advantage but not required, as you will be taught all you need to know
💼 The Role
- 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday;
- Varied Office Administration tasks, including:-
- Entering invoices, making supplier payments and managing payment schedules;
- Creating Purchase Orders and tracking dealings with suppliers;
- Liasing with wholesale customers, and creating invoices;
- Arranging and managing freight and logistical services;
- Front end payroll tasks (such as approving time sheets etc); and
- General administration work.
- Occasionally you may need to assist other team members to deal with retail customers of the business as and when required.
- The role is a social one, where you will enjoy lots of interactions with colleagues, customers and directors on a daily basis.
