As an Administration Officer your key responsibilities will be:
- · Provide administrative support to all the Business Units in NSW
- · Assistance with invoicing
- · Compilation of client’s documents and client reporting
- · Payment of claims
- · Manage office supplies and equipment.
- · Maintain accurate records and files.
- · Handle incoming calls and emails.
- · Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- · Proven experience as an Administration Officer or similar role.
- · Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- · Strong attention to detail.
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- · Excellent communication skills.
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
