The Role
ATS Building Products has a permanent full-time position open for a Sales & Office Admin role based in Moorebank. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations, within the office by supporting a high paced team of sales consultants, whilst managing administrative activities to ensure a smooth day-to-day running in the office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with orders and pricing inquiries.
- Promptly respond to RFQs via phone / e-mail / social media as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Generate Sales Quotes and Key in orders as needed
- Report weekly on pipeline and activities.
- Be a key point of contact with colleagues for all administration related issues
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record working in the timber or building industry (desired but not essential)
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
