We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our friendly team in Ballina.
About the Role:
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate great communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and cohesively with the broader team. You will have a proactive mindset, who is a team player that has the flexibility to meet the changing needs of the business.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, duties include by not limited to:
- Oversee the day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Accounts payable and receivable processing and reconciliations.
- Assist in invoicing and debt collection.
- Support and train team on UKG time sheet entries.
- Key role in implementing Visual Dispatch System to branch team.
- Identify opportunities for procedural and continuous improvement.
- Managing the filing of documentation.
- Organise Visual Dispatch system new user training.
About you:
- Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diary management skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with Visual Dispatch or other resource allocation systems (preferred).
- Experience with NetSuite Oracle (preferred).
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word.
