The Role
We are seeking a switched-on, enthusiastic and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our busy team to support us as we grow.
We are a fast-paced environment, naturally driven by technology and continuous change and improvement. This role will in the office based out of our Frenchs Forest office. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday.
Start date is May 2024, we are looking for candidates who have 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Duties:
- Account reconciliation in Xero
- Managing orders for customers
- Some basic HR administration
- Communication with internal and external customers and employees
- Producing letters, quotations and email correspondence
- Organising lunch, meals, meetings
- Review and filing of company records and other documentation
- Entering and tracking parts ordered and received
- Running deliveries and errands as required
- Producing marketing and other company documentation
- Maintaining general cleanliness of the office, and kitchen areas
- General administrative duties as required
- Managing supplies, stationary and supporting the team
Skills and Experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation
- Sound MS Office and typing skills
- Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
- A high level of honesty and integrity
- Well-developed work ethic
- Current drivers licence and own vehicle
- Xero is a must
- Employment Hero
- Experience with reconciliation and managing orders
