As an administration superstar joining Thrive as an Office Administrator, located in our Sydney office, you will have a unique opportunity to work in a leading PR agency learning all facets of agency operations while making a positive impact on the smooth running of our Sydney office.
You will be responsible for supporting the Sydney team in the overall efficient running of the office, along with supporting other key areas with Admin support; People & Culture, IT, Finance and national admin. You will be the glue that binds the teams together organising fun social events.
You will be someone who is proactive, anticipates business needs, can juggle multiple priorities, have a hawk-eye for detail and accuracy, and is driven to get things done and done well!
Confident and comfortable in your own skin, you have complete belief in your abilities and if you don’t know, you find out. When a process needs streamlining, you’re the person that gets it done.

About You
- At least 2 years’ experience in office administration
- Business college/Tafe diploma or equivalent in Business Administration
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Ability to multitask

- Strong ability to work within a busy and high-performing team
- Excellent time management
- Financial acumen
- Forward thinking and a natural problem solver
- Proficient with Google workspace, Google docs, slides & sheets, Webex
- Apple Mac products,
- Knowledge of Xero/accounting or Time Management packages would be highly desirable but not essential
- Exceptionally well presented and articulate - on the front line you will manage incoming calls and meet 'n greet important VIPs
- Exceptional front and back of house administration skills
- Excellent customer service skills and consistent sense of urgency to ensure key tasks and deadlines are met
