NPM Events is looking for a passionate employee to join our growing team within the events and Wedding world.
We are currently seeking either a part-time or full-time Office Administrator to work at our Head-office in Prestons.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform various administration tasks such as capturing enquiries, preparation of rosters, purchasing and client bookings.Perform various administration tasks such as capturing enquiries, preparation of rosters, purchasing and client bookings.

- Amazing communications skills through both phone and email - You are a people's person and shine through
- Invoicing and quoting
- Setting and attending showroom meetings or Zoom consults
- Follow up quotes and sales
- Arranging schedules of jobs each week
- Taking payments
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer care
- Attention to detail and customer needs and requirements
- Assist with on-boarding new staff
- Filing or paperwork
Preferred but not essential:
- Passion for wedding and events and an eye for detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-38 per week
Salary: $22.04 – $28.00 per hour
