This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Office Administrator, who enjoys a fast-paced environment, problem solving, and learning new things on the go, for our corporate office located in Jandakot.
The role will report directly to the Accountant and will be responsible for:
- Receiving EFTPOS payments
- Ordering Stationary
- Completing and submitting forms including:
- Water Corp and Western Power Permits
- Building Permits
- Organ sing paperwork for the heavy vehicle accreditation – collecting timesheets, fatigue management etc.
- Answering Phones and Directing Calls
- Chase Debtors
- Scanning and Filing Documentation; and
- Other office Admin tasks and projects as required
The job will be full-time, with hours to be worked within the business operational hours.
Successful applicants must have:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills including email communication
- Strong PC skills across the range of MS Office programs and dealing with online applications
- Self Starting Attitude
- Strong organisational and prioritization skills
- The ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
